Roles & Responsibilities

Our client in Qatar is looking strong>Brand Manager/strong> to support showroom operations, brand activities, and customer experience initiatives. The role works closely with the Sales Manager to execute marketing and showroom programs, oversee front-of-house staff, and contribute to events that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

strong>Key Responsibilities/strong>

  • Support the Sales Manager in implementing showroom sales activities and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate social events, customer gatherings, and showroom activations to enhance brand exposure.
  • Supervise receptionists and ensure front-of-house operations maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain showroom appearance in line with brand identity and corporate guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and execution of small-scale marketing and promotional activities.
  • Help track sales performance, footfall, and customer inquiries, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Ensure smooth customer flow in the showroom and support customer experience improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely availability of marketing materials and showroom collateral.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive, retail or brand coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage events, coordinate teams, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
