Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies for new and existing beauty products.
Conduct market analysis and consumer research to inform positioning and messaging.
Lead product launches in collaboration with Product Development, Sales, and Creative teams.
Oversee creative direction across all brand touchpoints (digital, packaging, retail, influencer, etc.).
Collaborate with PR, influencer, and digital teams for integrated campaigns.
Track brand performance and consumer trends in beauty and wellness sectors.
Qualifications:
4+ years of brand management or marketing experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape in the beauty space.
Proven success launching or managing beauty products.
Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
