إعلان توظيف – مدير براند (Brand Manager) تعلن شركة السلايل للتجارة العامة والخدمات الغذائية عن حاجتها إلى مدير براند للعمل ضمن وكالة كولدستون – محافظة أربيل. المهام والمسؤوليات: متابعة أداء الفروع والإشراف على تنفيذ معايير العلامة التجارية. مراقبة سير العمل وضمان الالتزام بجودة الخدمة والمنتج. إعداد وتنفيذ خطط تطوير العلامة التجارية ومتابعة الحملات الداخلية. الإشراف على افتتاح الفروع الجديدة ومتابعة مراحل الإعداد والتشغيل. اختيار وتقييم المواقع المناسبة للتوسع وفتح فروع جديدة. التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان تحقيق أهداف العلامة. المتطلبات: بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، الضيافة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العلامة التجارية ضمن مجال المطاعم أو الآيس كريم حصراً. شهادة السلامة الغذائية (Food Safety). خبرة عملية في إطلاق وتشغيل الفروع الجديدة. مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرار. إجادة اللغات العربية والكردية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
Job Announcement – Brand Manager - Iraq - Erbil
Al-Sallail Company for General Trading and Food Services is seeking a Brand Manager to join the Cold Stone franchise team in Erbil. Responsibilities: Monitor branch performance and ensure consistent implementation of brand standards. Oversee daily operations to maintain high-quality service and product delivery. Develop and execute brand development plans and internal promotional campaigns. Supervise the opening of new branches and manage all preparation and operational phases. Evaluate and select suitable locations for expansion and new branch openings. Coordinate with various departments to ensure achievement of brand objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in brand management within the restaurant or ice cream industry only. Food Safety Certification. Hands-on experience in launching and operating new branches. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make effective decisions. Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
