Job Description
seeking an exceptional Brand Manager to drive brand growth and market leadership.

This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape brand identity, lead high-impact marketing campaigns,

and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our market presence.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

You'll be at the forefront of :

Building brand equity and delivering initiatives that resonate with consumers and drive business results.
Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company vision and objectives
Building and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
Leading market analysis to identify opportunities and navigate competitive challenges
Designing and managing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels
Overseeing promotional activities and measuring their impact on consumer awareness and sales performance
Launching new products and continuously enhancing existing offerings
Partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to achieve shared goals
Managing relationships with external agencies including advertising, research, and PR partners
Building strong partnerships with business stakeholders to elevate brand positioning
Monitoring brand performance metrics and market share with actionable reporting
Leading packaging and design development aligned with market trends and brand standards
 

What Job Requirements we're Looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in marketing and brand management
FMCG sector experience is a must
Expert in brand development, positioning, and equity building
Proficient in retail audit analysis and marketing research
Strong campaign planning and execution capabilities
Budget management and cost control expertise
Product launch and go-to-market strategy experience
Packaging and design development knowledge
