Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develops brand development strategies and plans in line with the company's vision and objectives
- Manages marketing and advertising campaigns across different channels and ensures consistent messaging
- Monitors brand performance and market share and prepares necessary reports for management
- Analysis market trends, consumer behaviour, and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develops new product launch initiatives and improves existing products to serve the brand identity
- Leads packaging and design development processes in line with market requirements and brand identity
- Coordinates with internal departments (sales, supply chain, finance, development) to support the achievement of common goals.
- Manages collaborations with external agencies (advertising, research, public relations) to ensure quality outputs.
- Monitors the implementation of promotional activities and measures their impact on consumer awareness and sales.
- Reinforces the commitment of all company activities to the visual identity and standards set by the brand.
- Builds strong relationships with business partners and external stakeholders to support brand positioning
Desired Candidate Profile
Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Diploma in Marketing and Branding. Holders of a Master's degree in Business Administration are preferred MBA.
Experience:
At least 8 years of practical experience in marketing and brand management ( FMCG sector is a MUST)
