Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with Arma Group s growth objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover consumer insights and monitor competitor activity.
Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to roll out effective commercial plans.
Translate research and data into actionable brand plans that drive differentiation and consumer preference.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
Lead 360 marketing initiatives including ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store activations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
Strong commercial and marketing knowledge with a proven track record in successful brand campaigns.
Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for innovation, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
