Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning:

  • Execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create and manage annual brand marketing plans and budgets.

Brand Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage product launches and product lifecycle marketing.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work with creative agencies and internal teams to produce compelling brand content.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand engagement.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key brand performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform brand strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least, 6 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
