Roles & Responsibilities
a. Strong Program Organization Skills
He demonstrates a high capacity for organizing communication programs effectively ensuring structure, timeline alignment, and strategic coherence across all activities.
b. Regional Experience & Market Insight
He is capable of developing and implementing programmatic communication plans tailored for Egypt and the MENA region, with deep understanding of market behavior and media consumption patterns.
c. Strong Competitor Awareness & Strategic Thinking
He has in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and can build strategies that effectively position the brand ahead of both local and international players.
d. Industry Alignment with FMCG Focus
His interest and expertise in FMCG background both food or non-food.
We believe this step will help us ensure stronger brand leadership, clearer communication, and better alignment across the markets.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
A Master s degree (MBA) is a plus.
Experience
3 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within FMCG.
Experience in managing regional campaigns in Egypt & MENA is highly desirable.
