Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

  • Baxter Egypt is launching its new Roove furniture showroom in Mivida, New Cairo and is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy and growth of Roove in the Egyptian market.
  • The Brand Manager will be responsible for positioning Roove as a premium furniture brand, driving traffic to the showroom, and supporting sales performance across all branches and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the overall brand strategy, positioning, and roadmap for Roove in Egypt.
  • Lead brand and business development initiatives to grow awareness, consideration, and market share.
  • Set annual and quarterly marketing plans and campaigns to support showroom and branch sales targets.
  • Follow up on targets and performance of all branches, providing insights and action plans to improve results.
  • Plan and execute 360 marketing activities (offline, digital, social media, events, collaborations, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key interior designers, architects, and developers.
  • Develop partnership programs and incentive schemes for interior designers and key accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales and showroom teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Oversee the creation of brand content, catalogues, mood boards, and visual merchandising guidelines. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints (showroom, digital channels, packaging, communication, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor brand KPIs and campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
  • Manage the brand and marketing budget efficiently and transparently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7 10 years of experience in brand management and/or marketing, preferably in furniture, interiors, luxury retail, or related fields.
  • Background in Interior Design and/or FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales teams and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build and manage strong networks with interior designers, architects, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actions.
  • Very good command of English and Arabic; confident using MS Office.
  • High sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Based in or willing to commute daily to Mivida, New Cairo.
