Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand initiatives.
Manage the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee the management of external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
Drive brand innovation by identifying new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Support the development and execution of product launches and promotional events.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in branding and marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Vetrinary, Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, prefered in Cosmetics Industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
MBA is Prefered.
Available to Relocate in Libya ( Tripoli ).
