Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate all creative designs (2D & 3D) in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist and/or the digital agency, and review the overall social media plan with the Marketing Consultant.
- Review and approve content concepts and posting plans to ensure alignment with the marketing direction provided by the Marketing Consultant.
- Develop and review digital marketing plans to ensure full integration with the overall marketing calendar and activities.
- Plan and coordinate third-party endorsement campaigns to ensure consistency with brand objectives and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to plan and execute sales-driven campaigns, particularly during peak seasons, and coordinate co-marketing activities with Key Accounts and Modern Trade.
- Support wholesale and modern trade clients, in coordination with the Sales Team, with their advertising and co-marketing needs, including online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and others.
- Manage marketing support across major clients social media platforms in close coordination with the Sales Team.
- Coordinate TV and digital integration projects with key programs and shows to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Supervise the Marketing Operations Specialist in reporting activities from the promoters team and the preparation of marketing training materials, under the guidance of the Marketing Consultant.
- Oversee and guide the Customer Service Leader/Manager in client handling, performance reporting, social media moderation, and e-shop transaction processes.
- Direct and supervise the Marketing Operations Specialist in developing event plans and proposals, to be reviewed with the Marketing Consultant.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
- 5 8 years of experience in marketing or digital agencies, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Cookware Manufacturing industries.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and time management skills.
- Strong strategic planning and brand positioning abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills , ability to guide creative, digital, and operational marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High project management capability able to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms, with an in-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
