Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and brand equity

  • Manage brand positioning, identity, and guidelines across all marketing channels

  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline) aligned with brand objectives

  • Lead product launches, brand activations, and retail marketing initiatives

  • Ensure consistency in communication, packaging, advertising, and visual identity

  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the GCC / Middle East market

  • Coordinate closely with sales, design, digital teams, and external agencies

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements

  • Manage brand marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources

  • Support sales teams with brand tools, marketing materials, and promotional plans

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experienced Brand Manager with a strong background in watches, luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors

  • Solid understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of the GCC / Middle East market and regional consumer trends

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
