Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and brand equity
Manage brand positioning, identity, and guidelines across all marketing channels
Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline) aligned with brand objectives
Lead product launches, brand activations, and retail marketing initiatives
Ensure consistency in communication, packaging, advertising, and visual identity
Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the GCC / Middle East market
Coordinate closely with sales, design, digital teams, and external agencies
Analyze campaign effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
Manage brand marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
Support sales teams with brand tools, marketing materials, and promotional plans
Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced Brand Manager with a strong background in watches, luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors
Solid understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior
Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of the GCC / Middle East market and regional consumer trends
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
