Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the growth, visibility, and profitability of Bagsy s portfolio of premium travel brands. This role will lead brand strategy, product positioning, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives to strengthen market share and elevate Bagsy s presence in the premium travel retail sector. The Brand Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, retail operations, digital, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with Bagsy s long-term vision and revenue targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.

Define brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity to reinforce Bagsy s premium and sustainable brand image.

Product & Portfolio Management

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including new launches, SKU optimization, and product improvements.

Work with global brand partners (LOJEL, National Geographic, Discovery, Oumos) to adapt and localize strategies for the UAE and Middle East markets.

Monitor product performance and profitability, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, retail stores, events, and influencer collaborations.

Develop and execute promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase sales conversion.

Manage advertising, PR, and brand activation activities to elevate awareness and preference.

Commercial & Financial Management

Own the P&L for assigned brands, ensuring delivery of sales, margin, and growth targets.

Work closely with supply chain to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and ensure product availability.

Track ROI of marketing initiatives and optimize investments for maximum effectiveness.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales and retail teams to design channel-specific activations that drive conversion.

Collaborate with finance on pricing, profitability analysis, and promotional planning.

Align local strategies with international brand direction while maintaining Bagsy s premium positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree preferred).

5 years of solid marketing experience, with at least 3 years in brand management.

Proven experience managing premium retail brands in the UAE market.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or travel goods industry is an advantage.

Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
