Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen our client s market presence, build brand equity, and deliver measurable business results. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and consumer insights.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital, retail, trade, and B2B channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and monitor brand performance, ensuring ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies, creative partners, and media suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
  • Product Launches: Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans for new product introductions, from concept to execution.
  • Brand Equity Building: Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the automotive, FMCG, or distribution industries.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns in the Middle East region.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, media planning, and performance measurement tools.
