Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive growth.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and communications to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Manage the brand s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
Support the launch of new products and initiatives, coordinating go-to-market strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to keep the brand ahead in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
