Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative brand strategies that bring our vision to life.
- Plan and launch engaging marketing campaigns across social media and offline channels.
-Analyze customer insights and market trends to fuel innovation.
-Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.
-Oversee packaging, visuals, and promotions to keep our brand fresh and exciting.
-Track performance and continuously refine campaigns for maximum impact.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3 5 years experience in brand management or consumer marketing in FMCG is a Must
Strong mix of creativity and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
Digital marketing know-how is a strong plus.
