Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
- Define and communicate the brand s vision, mission, and values.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline, events).
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams for content development.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for impact and ROI.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales, feedback, and data to refine brand strategies.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Product & Content Alignment
- Ensure product messaging, packaging, and communication reflect the brand identity.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and retail teams to maintain brand alignment.
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage branding and marketing budgets efficiently.
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing (mid-level experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creativity with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in brand management or marketing (mid-level experience preferred). Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Creativity with a strong eye for detail.
