Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
YOUR MISSION:
- Orchestrate launches and foster the growth of key pillars through product, market and consumer expertise, in order to contribute to brand growth and the development of consumer relationships.
- Collect and analyze consumer, market, and competitor insights on its products to make recommendations to management.
- Manage product launches, maintain growth on core products and keep the back catalogue active.
- Propose and implement marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to create integrated, engaging and brand-consistent consumer experiences.
- Adapt communication materials (image, digital, point of sale)
- Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (commerce, logistics, education) and agencies to ensure the success of marketing strategies; respect deadlines.
- Make recommendations to management on their category(ies) based on their expertise in consumer behavior, markets and competitors (launch review, strategic note)
- Manage the budget for the product(s) and ensure that sales forecasts are accurate.
- Prepare and write clear messages for presentations to senior management
