Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION:

  • Orchestrate launches and foster the growth of key pillars through product, market and consumer expertise, in order to contribute to brand growth and the development of consumer relationships.
  • Collect and analyze consumer, market, and competitor insights on its products to make recommendations to management.
  • Manage product launches, maintain growth on core products and keep the back catalogue active.
  • Propose and implement marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to create integrated, engaging and brand-consistent consumer experiences.
  • Adapt communication materials (image, digital, point of sale)
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (commerce, logistics, education) and agencies to ensure the success of marketing strategies; respect deadlines.
  • Make recommendations to management on their category(ies) based on their expertise in consumer behavior, markets and competitors (launch review, strategic note)
  • Manage the budget for the product(s) and ensure that sales forecasts are accurate.
  • Prepare and write clear messages for presentations to senior management
