We’re Hiring: Brand Marketing Manager – SFI (KSA)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Industry: FMCG Employment
Type: Full-time
We are looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to drive on-ground brand execution, trade marketing, and ATL/BTL campaigns for our growing SFI brands in Saudi Arabia.
What you’ll do:
Own brand execution in KSA, ensuring strong visibility and in-store presence
Lead trade marketing activities: promotions, POSM, activations, and distributor coordination Execute ATL & BTL campaigns aligned with local culture and seasonality (Ramadan, Saudi National Day, etc.)
Work closely with Sales, distributors, and agencies to drive sell-out and ROI
Manage marketing budgets and track performance against KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
What we’re looking for:
4–6 years of FMCG brand & trade marketing experience
Strong exposure to Saudi market (highly preferred)
Proven experience in ATL, BTL, and trade execution
Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
Highly execution-driven, commercially minded, and hands-on
