Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to bring new products to market successfully.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to effectively communicate product benefits to target audiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product management or brand management, with a focus on product development.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving product growth.

  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
