Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share across the Poultry Sector.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and communications, to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials to support brand initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize campaign reach and ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
  • Drive brand innovation by identifying new opportunities for growth and differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within large or diversified organizations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships.
