Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Platform: positioning, value proposition, brand architecture, tone of voice, key messaging, and marketing brand guidelines.
Marketing Concepts & Go-to-Market: creative ideas, channel strategy, content frameworks, PR & influencer approach, quarterly activation plans.
Market Analytics: desk research for MENA/GCC, competitive analysis, benchmarks, segmentation, ICP/personas/JTBD, CJM.
Marketing Financial Model: goal setting and KPI trees, budgeting, CAC/LTV, ROMI, attribution methodology, hypothesis building and prioritization.
Media Planning : budget allocation across channels, goal setting, channel roles, high-level media mix (no manual campaign setup).
Reporting & Insights: data interpretation, recommendations for optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand strategy. 2+ years in an agency environment. Proven track record in building brand platforms and brand concepts (mandatory). Strong skills in market and competitor analysis, ability to structure insights. Experience in developing channel strategies. Proficiency with analytics tools and ability to configure basic reports. English — B2-C1 level; Arabic is a plus. Russian is optional.
Nice to have Experience in B2B marketing. Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
