Launched in December 2024, we create feminine, functional pieces rooted in racket sports and powered by sustainability. From conscious fabric sourcing to intentional product drops, everything we do is about moving with purpose and making women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their everyday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with UK and US sales teams to align on product needs, performance, and feedback.
• Assist in planning seasonal ranges and drops with a strong commercial focus.
• Communicate with international suppliers to ensure timely development, sampling, and production.
• Track product performance, sell-through, and category mix to guide future planning.
• Own and maintain line sheets, seasonal pricing, and product decks.
• Support fittings, give sample feedback, and stay engaged in development.
• Collaborate with design, production, e-commerce, and marketing for smooth product launches.
• Understand fabric, fit, and construction especially across knit types (jersey, rib, mesh, interlock, etc.).

Requirements:

• 2 3 years of experience in merchandising or product development at a fashion or activewear brand.
• Solid product knowledge, particularly in knits and technical fabrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented with a big-picture mindset.
• Confident managing supplier relationships and timelines.
• Commercial thinker with a creative, brand-aligned mindset.
• Team-first attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and be based in the office five days a week.
