Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be part of a dynamic sales team responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly targets, while identifying new revenue opportunities across branded content, digital media, and white-label production.

The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering impactful brand solutions.


Requirements:

  • Developing new business leads
  • Sourcing, planning and closing branded entertainment packages
  • Ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved
  • Liaising closely with finance, operations and production teams
  • Being responsible for generating revenue from agencies and direct clients
  • Using existing contacts to make an immediate impact
  • Maximizing market share in the region
  • Using current market information to analyze trends
  • Developing and growing personal client base
  • Responding to RFPs and customizing proposals to win new business in the region
  • Educating & converting brands to innovative branded content campaigns
  • Managing relationships with key clients such as brand managers, strategic planners, media, social and creative agencies to create awareness and develop a deep understanding of how to use our Digital Channel to reach the target audiences

Desired Candidate Profile

ITP Originals, the content division behind digital platforms like Mazaj, a fast-growing channel speaking to the voice of Arab youth, is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the UAE.

  • Experience in digital media
  • Experience selling and closing media and advertising packages
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in selling media
  • A solid understanding of online video space, and a good working knowledge on YouTube, specifically
  • Experience in Media sales for YouTube and/or other Online Video Platforms/Publishers
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills
  • Be a self-starter & solid problem solver
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (would be a plus)
