Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute engaging in-store demonstrations that showcase the unique features of home appliances, driving customer interest and sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and management to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends, using insights to tailor promotional strategies effectively.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows, representing the brand and increasing awareness in the community.
  • Train retail staff on product features and benefits, ensuring they are equipped to assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and sales data to inform marketing strategies and improve product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a foundational understanding of marketing principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in brand promotion or sales within the home appliances industry, demonstrating relevant expertise.
  • Experience working with major retail chains, providing insight into retail dynamics and customer interactions.
  • Fluency in English and local language, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, essential for conducting engaging product demonstrations.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms, leveraging online channels for brand promotion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and retail partners, fostering lasting relationships.
