Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Ensure the application of the brand's quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct regular internal audits in all hotel departments.
  • Follow up on corrective action plans and their implementation.
  • Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction surveys and online comments.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the customer journey and experience.
  • Raise awareness and train teams on quality standards.
  • Supporting managers in monitoring quality performance.
  • To develop a culture oriented towards service and customer satisfaction.
  • to develop quality reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor quality KPIs: customer satisfaction, audits, online reputation, brand compliance.
  • Communicate the results and recommendations to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum, Bac +3 or Bac +5 in hospitality, management, quality or service management.

  • Proven experience in a similar position in luxury hotels.
  • Good knowledge of international luxury standards and hotel procedures.
  • My mastery of quality tools and audits.
  • Good understanding of customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Proficiency in office tools and hotel software.
  • Attention to detail and excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
  • Capacity for analysis and organization.
  • Leadership and team spirit.
  • Customer focus and results.
  • Excellent command of French and English
