Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define GTM, positioning, and messaging frameworks

• Lead brand audits and deep-dive analysis

• Develop creative direction and campaign narratives

• Write or co-write key strategic content and briefs

• Partner with media, creative, and account teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

• Agency background (strategy, brand, or growth)

• Strong GTM, positioning, and messaging experience

• Comfortable writing briefs, content direction, and strategic frameworks

• Ability to think fast and adapt strategy in real time

Nice to Have

• eCommerce or DTC brand experience

• Experience working with paid media teams
