Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals, covering brand awareness, product positioning, and commercial campaigns.
- Drive initiatives to support product launches, promotions, and value-added products such as white& oil well cement.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Manage the company’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, other social media platforms).
- Lead digital campaigns targeting key customer segments (contractors, developers, consultants, etc.).
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials, brochures, videos, and case studies.
- Plan and execute customer events, site visits, exhibitions, and seminars to strengthen customer relations.
- Support the sales team with customer engagement tools and campaigns.
- Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent branding across all channels and platforms in line with Safwa Cement’s corporate identity.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers for marketing services as needed.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and updates for Chief Commercial Officer
Qualifications
a) Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
b) Experience
- +4 years of experience in in marketing, with a focus on event planning, content creation, and graphic design.
