Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance Al Rabat s market presence and reputation.
Lead the creation, execution, and management of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align branding initiatives with business objectives and project goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation.
Oversee the development of creative assets, including logos, visual identities, and promotional materials.
Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality brand deliverables within budget and timelines.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive internal brand engagement initiatives to foster a strong brand culture among employees.
Coordinate brand campaigns and events to maximize visibility and engagement with target audiences.
Ensure all branding activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable branding initiatives.
Experience working with creative agencies and managing external partnerships.
Proficiency in branding tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics software.
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
