Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute impactful offline activations (events, partnerships, on-ground campaigns)

  • Lead and manage UGC campaigns (briefing, content direction, performance tracking)

  • Build compelling presentations on Canva

  • Create and edit short-form videos using CapCut

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online & offline)

  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management (preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle brands)

  • Strong experience in offline marketing activations

  • Hands-on experience with UGC/content creator campaigns

  • Skilled in Canva (presentations) and CapCut (video editing)

  • Strong communication & project management skills

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
