Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • List and market properties for sale and lease across various channels.

  • Source and qualify potential buyers, tenants, and investors.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional advice and guidance.

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close transactions effectively

    2-Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients through proactive communication and follow-up.

  • Understand clients’ investment goals and propose tailored real estate opportunities.

  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Stay updated with real estate trends, pricing, regulations, and new developments in the UAE

market.

  • Provide market analysis and insights to clients as part of their decision-making process.

  • Prepare and review documents such as MOUs, leasing contracts, and sales agreements in

coordination with legal/admin.

  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with local real estate laws and DLD/RERA (or ADREC)

requirements.

  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and accountability.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
