Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of fracturing and stimulation operations at the well site.
• Ensure correct placement and rig-up of fracturing equipment as per well site layout.
• Perform equipment inspection, check-ups, and maintenance before and after operations.
• Monitor operating parameters of pumps and equipment during fracturing operations.
• Assist in rig-up and rig-down of treating irons and fracturing setup.
• Maintain proper communication with supervisors, engineers, and crew members during operations.
• Ensure safe operation of pumps and pressure control equipment.
• Monitor and record operational data using data acquisition systems and operating software.
• Identify operational challenges and support troubleshooting during fracturing jobs.
• Follow all HSE policies, operational procedures, and safety standards at the work site.
• Knowledge of general concepts of fracturing operations.
• Understanding of fracturing equipment and their placement at the well site.
• Knowledge of fracturing fluids and chemicals used in stimulation operations.
• Ability to interpret well schematic diagrams, wellhead components, X-mas tree, and pressure ratings.
• Familiarity with different stimulation techniques and execution processes.
• Understanding of high-pressure valves, check valves, plug valves, and treating irons refurbishment.
• Knowledge of back-pressure pumping and required precautions during fracturing operations.
• Experience in rig-up and rig-down procedures of fracturing equipment.
• Knowledge of safety devices used in pumps and treating lines to prevent over-pressurization.
• Understanding of fracturing pumps and equipment used in stimulation operations.
• Knowledge of positive displacement pumps (Triplex pumps, etc.).
• Understanding of centrifugal pump components and operation.
• Knowledge of Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH), pump priming, and cavitation.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of fracturing pumps.
• Monitoring and controlling equipment operating parameters during field operations.
