Roles & Responsibilities

A DBSS Solution Architect will work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the applications are responsive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards. He/she will be part of the BSS of the core business processes and building new technical and business capabilities tied to our business strategy for B2B and B2C. Acts as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation. Carefully analyze requirements, leveraging technical insights to guide solution design and prioritize features. Collaborating closely with stakeholders during transformation journey, and to ensure alignment between business objectives and user needs, while navigating technical constraints. Throughout the BSS transformation, he/she plays a crucial role in crafting viable solutions and driving innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Design and implement business support system (BSS) architectures that align with organizational goals and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for BSS solutions
- Develop technical specifications and ensure system design is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices
- Lead the integration of various BSS components, including billing, order management, customer relationship management, and service assurance systems
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across all BSS applications while enabling seamless data flow between systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the BSS environment
- Provide guidance and support during the implementation and deployment of BSS solutions
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate communication and understanding of BSS needs
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations impacting the BSS landscape
- Define and enforce best practices and standards for BSS solution architecture and development
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending enhancements for optimal functionality
- Prepare documentation, including architecture diagrams, user manuals, and training materials for BSS solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential challenges in BSS implementations
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of BSS solutions within budget constraints.
