Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Activity management and monitoring
be the client's primary contact for projects under your responsibility.
To guarantee operational performance, quality of activities and profitability of projects.
To implement and monitor action plans to achieve objectives and evaluate their effectiveness.
Optimize productivity by ensuring the alignment between resources (human and material) and work volumes.
Participate in steering committees and strategic meetings with management and the client.
Team management and development
Supporting the recruitment, integration and skills development of employees.
Implement initiatives to engage, motivate and retain teams.
Maintain a positive social climate and report any situation impacting the work environment
Collaborating with HR on operational matters such as payroll, working time and talent management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Solid experience in operational management and team leadership in customer relations; Mastery of financial management and key performance indicators; Analytical , forecasting , and strategic decision-making skills ; Inspiring leadership , responsiveness, stress management, and customer focus; Commercial acumen and strong results orientation ; Fluency in English
