Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and providing insightful explanations and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budget requests, providing guidance and support throughout the budgeting process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Holds a professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or CFA, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles.

  • Exhibits a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the UAE.

  • Demonstrates a preference for Emirati nationality, reflecting a commitment to supporting local talent.
