Buggy Driver

We are seeking a Buggy Driver to safely transport guests, luggage, and staff around the hotel premises using electric or gasoline-powered buggies. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive courteous, prompt, and efficient transportation, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Transporting guests and luggage between hotel areas such as reception, rooms, restaurants, spa, pool, and other amenities.

Ensuring buggies are clean, well-maintained, and fueled/charged as required.

Assisting with luggage handling, including loading and unloading.

Responding promptly to guest requests for transportation services.

Reporting any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.

Maintaining a log of daily transportation activities if required.

Following hotel safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times.

Providing basic information about hotel facilities, directions, or services to guests.

Supporting other departments with internal transport or deliveries when needed.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Extended periods of sitting, driving, and occasional lifting.

Uniform and grooming standards as per hotel policy.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.

Clean driving record.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in outdoor conditions.
