Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide timely, safe, and efficient buggy transportation for guests and colleagues across the resort.

  • Greet guests warmly, using their names whenever possible, and engage in meaningful, personalized interactions.
  • Offer information about resort facilities, activities, and services during transit in a natural and engaging manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, ensuring a seamless experience.

Operate buggy vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all resort and local safety regulations.

  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety standards are met.
  • Report any maintenance issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure guest safety at all times, including proper seating and adherence to capacity guidelines.

Act as an ambassador of Miraval s brand values, delivering service with mindfulness, empathy, and authenticity.

  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor, even during peak operations or challenging situations.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care, escalating when necessary.

Maintain clear communication with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure efficient guest movement.

  • Respond promptly to transportation requests via radio or assigned communication tools.
  • Support arrival and departure experiences, including luggage coordination when required.

Ensure buggies are clean, well-presented, and aligned with luxury standards at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness of buggy stations and designated waiting areas.
  • Assist in organizing buggy flow and parking in high-traffic areas.

  • Create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout their journey within the resort.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest service preferred
  • Valid driving license (as per local regulations)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of safety and vehicle handling
