Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Interpret simple plans and diagrams of related installations and electrical connections.
- Laying and installing pipes, cable ducts and fittings.
- Install and fix junction boxes, switches, power outlets, lighting fixtures.
- Pull wires and cables and make the connections.
- Install electrical appliances in suitable locations.
- Mount electrical components (relays, terminals, meters, clocks, etc.) onto the frame of the electrical panels and carry out the wiring.
- Check electrical installations before they are put into service using voltage, current and power measuring devices.
- Apply safety standards.
