Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation and control of technical documentation of projects
Drafting estimates and monthly situations of works
Updating volumes and cost analyses Coordination with engineers on site and project managers
Monitoring the work schedule and periodic reporting
Preparation of documentation for tenders and offers
Checking technical drawings and compliance with the project
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses Diploma in Civil Engineering
Work experience in a similar position (preferred)
Very good knowledge in AutoCAD and other technical programs
Skills in preparing estimates and cost analyses
Good knowledge in Excel and reporting
Good organizational and communication skills
