Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role, preferably in commercial/residential buildings.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
Good communication skills.
