Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, optimizing equipment lifespan and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage the budget for facility operations, including cost control, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or similar.

  • Welcoming freshers as well

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or building supervision.

  • Exhibits strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
