Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed building inspections, identifying defects and assessing structural integrity to safeguard building users.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, including photographic evidence and recommended remedial actions to provide clarity for stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on building regulations, planning permission, and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and oversee building projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget to deliver successful outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Holds professional qualifications such as MRICS or equivalent, showcasing commitment to professional standards.
  • Has certifications in relevant areas like asbestos surveying or fire risk assessment, enhancing expertise.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in building surveying, highlighting practical experience.
