Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a Bunker Surveyor with working knowledge of bunker survey operations. The role is strictly limited to bunker quantity surveys and related inspection activities. But knowledge of other survey company does is a advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct bunker quantity surveys (HFO, VLSFO, MGO, LSMGO)
Pre-bunkering, during bunkering, and post-bunkering surveys
Tank sounding and bunker quantity calculations
Temperature and density corrections
Verification of Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN) and sampling procedures
Preparation and submission of bunker survey reports
Coordination with vessel crew, suppliers, and clients during operations
Compliance with standard marine survey practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of bunker survey procedures and calculations
Experience in bunker survey / marine survey / ship operations preferred
Ability to independently carry out soundings and calculations
Good reporting and documentation skills
Willingness to work on an on-call basis at ports and anchorages
Good communication skills in English
UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory
