Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate buses on designated routes, ensuring timely and comfortable transportation for passengers.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure buses are in good working condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure passenger safety by enforcing rules and assisting passengers when necessary.
  • Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with passengers.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and fuel usage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE driving license (Bus license required).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bus driver.

  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations in the UAE.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent driving record and no history of accidents or violations.

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.

  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.

  • Customer-focused and able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
