Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate buses on designated routes, ensuring timely and comfortable transportation for passengers.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure buses are in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Ensure passenger safety by enforcing rules and assisting passengers when necessary.
- Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with passengers.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and fuel usage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid UAE driving license (Bus license required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bus driver.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations in the UAE.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent driving record and no history of accidents or violations.
Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
Customer-focused and able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
