Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Safely operate heavy buses to transport staff/workers to and from project sites

  • Ensure passenger safety at all times, including proper boarding, seating, and drop-off procedures

  • Follow all UAE traffic laws, company policies, and site safety regulations

  • Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely transportation of personnel

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (brakes, tires, lights, fuel, etc.) and report any issues immediately

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bus at all times

  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and passenger logs (if required)

  • Ensure compliance with site-specific regulations, including restricted area protocols (CICPA if applicable)

  • Handle passengers in a professional and respectful manner

  • Report accidents, incidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor

  • Assist in emergency situations and support evacuation procedures if required

  • Follow all HSE requirements, including use of PPE and adherence to safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE Driving License – Category 6 (Heavy Bus)

  • Minimum 5+ years of heavy bus driving experience in UAE

  • Proven experience in transporting staff/workers safely to project sites

  • Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic laws, and safety regulations

  • Strong understanding of passenger safety and handling procedures

  • Familiar with site rules and restricted area protocols (CICPA preferred)

  • Basic English communication skills (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)

  • Physically fit and medically clear to work on-site

  • Good behaviour, discipline, and professional attitude

  • No major traffic violations or accident history preferred

  • Immediate joiners preferred
