Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate and navigate the bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify that the bus is in optimal working condition, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring that all individuals, including those with disabilities, receive the necessary support.
- Maintain a punctual schedule by effectively planning routes and adjusting to traffic conditions while prioritizing safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational education for the role.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, showcasing a proven track record of safe and responsible driving.
- Experience in passenger transport is preferred, highlighting familiarity with bus operations and passenger needs.
