Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Navigate routes efficiently and safely, adhering strictly to schedules, ensuring timely passenger transport.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting mechanical issues to maintain vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Prioritize passenger safety by enforcing all safety regulations, including seatbelt use and proper boarding/disembarking procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries, offering helpful information, and addressing concerns professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational training in transportation is a plus.
Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement, demonstrating legal authorization to operate a bus.
Hold a clean driving record with no major violations, reflecting a commitment to safe driving practices.
Prior experience in a related transportation role, such as a school bus driver or transit operator, is preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License
License must have a minimum validity of 3 years
