Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 60-seater bus for staff transportation as per assigned routes and schedules.

  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.

  • Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (brakes, tires, lights, fuel, etc.) before and after trips.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bus at all times.

  • Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays immediately to the supervisor.

  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

  • Ensure passenger safety during transit and enforce discipline inside the bus.

  • Assist passengers when required, especially during boarding and alighting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License , valid for more than 5 years.

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience driving large buses (preferably 50–60 seater).

  • Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

  • Ability to handle long working hours and shift duties.

  • Good communication skills (basic English; Arabic is an advantage).

  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
